An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join a forward-thinking and rapidly growing international business within the sports and leisure sector. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in delivering impactful, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive measurable growth. Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you will take ownership of planning and executing integrated campaigns that support both brand awareness and revenue generation. From concept through to delivery and performance analysis, you will be involved in every stage of the campaign lifecycle, ensuring activity aligns with wider business objectives and resonates with target audiences. Key Responsibilities – Senior Marketing Executive * Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels * Create engaging content across email, website, social media and sales materials * Ensure all messaging is consistent, on brand and aligned with wider business goals * Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product and leadership * Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously within a fast-paced environment * Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insight and recommendations * Analyse data to optimise campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness * Support ongoing brand development and positioning across key markets Your background – Senior Marketing Executive * Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role * Strong campaign management experience from planning through to analysis * Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail * Commercially aware with the ability to drive measurable results * Confident using data and insights to inform decision making * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills * Interest in sport or leisure would be advantageous but not essential The Company This international business operates within the sports and leisure sector and is experiencing strong growth.
