Are you ready to take the lead on product strategy and innovation in a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment? A growing international manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager to join its UK team and play a key role in shaping product direction across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

If you have a few years’ experience in a FMCG or retail environment, have strong project management skills and a passion for innovation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your career. With fantastic remuneration, great benefits along with a company car, you’ll be supported and feel valued in this Product Manager role. Working out of St. Albans, you’ll occasionally find yourself visiting retailers across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll manage the full product lifecycle – from concept through to launch – working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional customer-focused solutions.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Take full ownership of product specifications, packaging, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage new product development and drive launches with internal teams and key clients.
  • Lead packaging development and artwork approvals.
  • Conduct market and in-store audits to identify emerging trends and innovation.
  • Benchmark product features against competitors and support strategic tenders.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and manage product samples and testing processes.
  • Provide insights through lab and panel analysis to support decision-making.
