Are you an experienced PPC specialist looking to work with a successful digital agency where you’ll have the freedom to manage campaigns and make a genuine impact? Would you value a grown-up working environment that offers flexibility and trusts people to manage their schedules effectively?

We’re working on a retained basis with a highly successful digital marketing agency in Essex that specialises in ecommerce growth, SEO and performance-led content. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a PPC Lead to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis.

This established agency works with an interesting mix of B2B and B2C clients across sectors including healthcare, automotive, logistics, education, financial services, property and technology. The team takes a collaborative and commercially focused approach to delivering sustainable results for its clients. It also offers a refreshingly grown-up working culture with hybrid working, flexible hours when needed and an emphasis on trust rather than rigid schedules.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta. Working across a varied client portfolio, you’ll analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and continually refine activity to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing campaigns
  • Setting up, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
  • Setting up, managing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns
  • Managing ecommerce PPC activity
  • Conducting topic, keyword and negative keyword research
  • Writing and testing ad copy, landing pages and other campaign assets
  • Creating briefs for advertising assets and working closely with the in-house designer
  • Analysing creative assets to identify those delivering the strongest performance
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying issues early and recommending improvements
  • Reporting on results and providing clear, commercially focused insight to clients

You’ll have hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads. Experience with Meta advertising and ecommerce PPC campaigns will also be important. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work and will thrive in an agency that gives its people the flexibility and trust to manage their responsibilities effectively.

The role offers hybrid working with two days per week from home alongside flexible hours when needed. Benefits include performance-related bonuses, private health insurance with dental cover, paid time off over Christmas in addition to the standard holiday allowance and funded opportunities to attend industry events and develop new skills.
