Working across both B2B and consumer markets, they help businesses scale through smart, data-led marketing that genuinely drives results. You’ll be joining a close-knit team of experienced marketers who care deeply about what they do. They combine the energy of a start-up with the expertise of a seasoned agency, creating a space where collaboration, trust and accountability really mean something.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, hands-on Digital Account Manager who loves seeing their work deliver tangible results. You’ll take the lead on paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing your own client portfolio and shaping the strategies that help them grow. You’ll have plenty of support from senior leaders with years of digital experience behind them, but you’ll also be trusted to take ownership and make an impact from day one. It’s a varied, fast-moving role where no two days are the same, and where your ideas will be heard and valued. The role is fully remote, with the occasional in-person meet-up to connect and collaborate with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities – Digital Account Manager
- Build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Oversee client performance, hitting and exceeding agreed goals
- Analyse campaign data and turn it into clear insights and actions
- Communicate progress and strategy confidently to clients
- Work closely with content, SEO and design colleagues to keep everything aligned
- Stay on top of new tools, trends and platform updates
Your Background – Digital Account Manager
- Around 2–3 years’ experience in a digital or paid media role, ideally within an agency
- Confident managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Analytical, organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients
- Experience working across both B2B and consumer campaigns is an advantage
- Any exposure to email marketing, creative design or website management would be a bonus
