This fast-paced role requires a versatile marketer with experience across both offline and digital channels. You will manage a small team, including one direct report, and work with several agencies. As a self-starter, you’ll need to be confident, organized, and an excellent planner, capable of taking briefs, creating campaigns, and managing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our external content agency to create and manage the content calendar, covering all channels (social media – organic and paid, web, and email).
- Assist in the development of brand materials and tools that help the sales team and customers stay aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the organization and execution of events and exhibitions.
- Lead the coordination of the annual global sales conference.
- Support the Head of Brand with new product launches.
- Implement the yearly advertising plan for all direct markets.
- Serve as the main marketing contact for global distribution partners and direct customers, providing day-to-day support, campaign assets, and product launch assistance.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
Required Experience:
- A broad marketing background with hands-on experience in integrated digital strategy.
- Proven experience in a B2B or B2B2C global environment. Candidates without international experience will not be considered.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various markets and customers simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of marketing metrics.
