Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that amplify the organisation’s mission and drive visibility among members, partners and senior stakeholders.
- Develop targeted activity that supports membership growth and lead generation and explore revenue opportunities across advertising and sponsorship.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, measurable programmes of marketing activity that feel cohesive across all channels.
- Own and optimise all digital channels including website, email and social ensuring messaging feels fresh, consistent and aligned to brand voice.
- Lead the development of email strategies including segmentation and targeted newsletters that drive high engagement.
- Work closely with the communications team to create and promote compelling content capturing stories, insights and member experiences.
- Support the delivery of the quarterly magazine and repurpose strong features for online audiences.
- Work closely with membership, events and policy teams ensuring marketing activity supports their goals and reflects current priorities.
- Analyse performance across all channels and campaigns highlighting insights and driving continuous improvement.
- Support budget setting and manage spend across activity ensuring best value and strong returns.
You will bring significant experience in broad based marketing and a track record of building and delivering multi channel stories that increase engagement and visibility. It's important you are confident managing digital platforms including CMS, email tools and LinkedIn marketing and will know how to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats. You may come from a business that has scaled rapidly where you have shaped narrative, brought structure to campaign planning, and helped elevate brand presence.
