Job Description:

If you’re a confident all-round marketer with a passion for fitness, this could be your dream job! This Marketing Executive role presents a rare opportunity to move into a role that will give you exposure to working across both consumer and B2B channels in a fast-moving and rapidly expanding international, multi-brand business.

As well as being a social media wizard, you will need to be a great communicator as the job involves liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally. You are able to produce compelling copy adapted to a specific tone of voice, and have experience of tracking and analysing data from email campaigns. Hopefully you’ll also find using new tech a breeze, and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to a variety of tasks or projects.

The role is based in Milton Keynes, with three days in the office, and two working from home.

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting the Head of Marketing and Assistant Marketing Manager in delivering the annual marketing activity calendar across all brands
  • Managing central social media accounts to achieve community growth and engagement targets, including:
    • Posting daily content on Facebook and Instagram
    • Responding to queries through private messages or comments
    • Planning social content, scheduling posts, and creating content
    • Setting up and managing social media competitions
    • Creating and managing social media pages for new initiatives
    • Reporting on central account engagement and performance metrics
  • Creating multi-channel brand content, such as SEO blogs, social media calendars, Spotify playlists, testimonials, and interviews to enhance online presence and organic rankings
  • Managing the central digital asset library, ensuring all existing content is current and new content is promptly uploaded
  • Delivering and tracking the performance of email marketing campaigns aimed at driving new memberships
  • Conducting regular benchmarking reviews of market, customer, and competitor trends and activities
  • Updating website content through the CMS platform
  • Supporting the coordination of brand video and photography shoots
  • Responding daily to online member reviews to maintain a high average rating
  • Overseeing the use of third-party software and platforms to implement marketing initiatives
  • Assisting with invoice tracking within the marketing budget
  • Providing ad-hoc support for multi-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and broader projects
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing updates for internal communications, including newsletters and operational updates
