We are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis to recruit a Marketing Executive for a purpose-driven social enterprise based in Suffolk. Founded in 2019 by individuals with first-hand experience of caring for a loved one with a disability, this not-for-profit organisation is on a mission to make life more accessible for people across the UK. The organisation provides a nationally recognised card for those living with physical or mental impairments that significantly impact their day-to-day lives. All cards are securely printed in-house, and the business is proud to support individuals across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Due to continued growth and a desire to bring more marketing functions in-house, the organisation is now seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their small but passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other marketing platforms
- Edit and produce short-form video and photo content using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and CapCut (or similar)
- Support website updates and contribute to the maintenance of an engaging online presence
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and B2B partners to support broader communication goals
- Help manage brand consistency and tone across all touchpoints
- Provide creative input and support on new projects and initiatives
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a social enterprise or mission-led organisation
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive and creative mindset with a genuine interest in social good
