This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual and digital presence. In this multifaceted role, you\’ll be responsible for producing high-impact marketing materials—from brochures and catalogues to advertising assets, and engaging web and social media content. You’ll be hands-on with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and ideally bring experience from a similar industry or fast-paced creative environment. What the Marketing and Communications Executive will Be Doing: * Designing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital campaigns, and video content * Creating engaging social media content and managing its distribution across platforms * Supporting the business development team with tailored marketing materials * Enhancing the company’s online presence and engagement * Working collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team What We’re Looking For: * Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva * Experience creating content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns * A team player with a creative mindset and excellent attention to detail * Previous experience in the construction, property, or a related industry is a plus
