There are far too many 'Head of' roles around where you don't get to make a difference. However, this role is different. The caveat is that you MUST come from the hospitality sector - it could be hotels, restaurants, bars, or food service. You must have extensive experience marketing to consumers who want to eat and spend money socialising.

This is a senior role leading a new division in the food industry, where you will be the go-to person advising global brands on how to maximise sales through their hospitality services. You need to be knowledgeable and experienced, a trusted advisor, and most importantly, passionate about the industry.

In terms of marketing experience, we need an all-rounded individual who is offline, digital, ATL, brand-focused, and strategic. There will be agency support, and you will have a small team, but you need to be hands-on and lead from the front.

Popular channels of communication will include social media, content, experiential events, PR, radio, TV, print, POS, and menus. The role can be based out of Oxfordshire or London, but the company does not operate a homeworking policy. You must be happy to be on-site and willing to travel to other sites and events across the UK as required.

If you are intelligent and hardworking, the sky is the limit in terms of opportunity, with promotional opportunities and rewards available for those that show they want it. If this sounds attractive, send us your CV today before it's too late.

The organization is located near Bicester, so if you do not drive, you must be able to get to Bicester by public transport. Ideally suited for people living in Bicester, Aylesbury, Oxford, Banbury, Brackley, London, and Milton Keynes.

Please let us know where you are currently based or which locations you are considering, as well as your required salary and notice period. Please upload a Microsoft Word version of your CV where possible to speed up our internal matching process. Any data we collect from you will be stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
