Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, this Content Creator role offers real ownership of content creation across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, capturing and producing compelling video and photography that supports campaigns, product launches and wider brand storytelling. Working closely with marketing and creative teams, you will bring ideas to life through visually engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
From concept through to final delivery, you will manage the full content production process, ensuring all output is delivered to a consistently high standard and aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality video and photography content across multiple channels
- Translate briefs into engaging visual content that supports campaigns and brand storytelling
- Manage the full production process from concept through to final delivery
- Capture content both in studio and on location, including occasional travel
- Edit and produce content using industry-standard software
- Optimise content for different platforms including social media and digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support wider business objectives
- Support live shoots, events and campaign activity where required
- Proven experience in a content creation or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical ability
- Experience producing content for digital marketing and social media
- Confident using professional camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom
- Strong understanding of video editing, colour grading, sound and motion graphics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Due to the location, this position is commutable from Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Great Dunmow, Harlow, Thaxted, Saffron Walden, Braintree and Chelmsford. A UK driving licence is required due to occasional travel.
