Job Description:

We are delighted to be hiring for our client once more, as their quest for retail domination continues!

We seek a commercially minded, strategy driven Ecommerce Manager to assist in the growth and brand visibility of their numerous B2C brands, driving traffic and executing marketing/digital campaigns.

With almost 50 staff in the UK, spread across two sites with a healthy multimillion pound turnover, our client is well established within its market, but wishes to continue expansion and presence in order to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance awareness and market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse and optimise existing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to improve ROAS.
  • Oversee website performance, UX/UI, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Implement strategies to increase online sales and improve the customer journey.
  • Work closely with developers and designers to enhance digital touchpoints.
  • Plan and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and oversee reporting structures to measure campaign performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts.

You will have at least 3 years in a similar ecommerce or growth related role, have experience managing health marketing budgets and be used to working autonomously.

You will also have experience in brand marketing and digital growth strategies, experience in growing a brand through digital platforms and a strong background in B2C PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising.

As part of this experience, its expected you have knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools and performance tracking, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
