We’re working exclusively with one of Cambridge’s most well-known marketing agencies, supporting them as they seek a forward-thinking, open-minded digital marketer to join their team. We would love to hear from anyone with paid media experience in an agency setting, but we are also open to candidates from in-house roles who enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously and believe they have the attributes to succeed at an agency.
The role is heavily focused on paid advertising, with a 50/50 split between search engine and paid social, but for the right candidate, there could be opportunities to focus on areas such as SEO and other digital functions. The company is not only looking for a paid media specialist; if you’re a versatile digital marketer with extensive paid media experience and prefer not to focus solely on paid media, we encourage you to get in touch. Your skills will be valued, and your experience appreciated and utilized.
This role is highly varied; you will work across multiple accounts in different industry sectors, each with unique goals. Some campaigns will focus on sales and ROAS, while others will emphasize brand awareness, challenging your creativity. As a 360 agency, this role involves more than just data analysis; you'll be involved in all campaign stages, from client meetings to progress reports, in a collaborative environment.
If you have a strong background in paid media across social platforms and search engines, enjoy direct client interaction, and are interested in mentoring junior team members, we would love to hear from you. The agency is based in central Cambridge and operates a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Candidates located in Royston, Peterborough, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Newmarket, Haverhill, and Thetford are encouraged to apply.
