Perhaps you have been working agency-side and are keen to apply your expertise whilst becoming a key leadership figure in a successful e-commerce business.
If any of the above rings true, our clients are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape strategy across all digital channels, helping to drive growth, engagement and customer loyalty. The business is a well-established player in the health and fitness sector, offering a wide range of products to support everyday wellbeing. It values innovation, customer experience and a strong digital presence to maintain its position in a competitive market.
About the Digital Marketing Manager Role:
This senior role will oversee the digital marketing function, planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, email and other online channels. You will manage paid search campaigns, e-commerce platforms, email marketing, affiliates and partnerships, while working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable results. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be heading up the digital marketing department with overall responsibility for all areas and channels.
The Ideal Digital Marketing Manager Candidate Will Have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing at a management level ideally in B2C.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media, e-commerce platforms, email marketing, affiliates and digital strategy.
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team.
- Results-driven mindset. Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of digital strategy in a fast-paced environment, make a measurable impact and shape the future of an ambitious, growth-focused business. This is an office-based role, working from the company’s offices in north Lincolnshire five days a week, with a very ‘grown-up’ approach to flexi-time. Due to the location of the office, this role is commutable from Sleaford, Lincoln, Newark-on-Trent, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Boston, Grantham, Horncastle & Coningsby.
