An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of a growing organisation's digital presence. In this key role, you'll use your expertise in WordPress and platforms like Google Marketing Platform to strengthen brand consistency, drive web traffic and conversions, and support broader sales goals.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact digital campaigns, ensure optimal website performance, and keep all efforts aligned with business objectives. In addition, you'll collaborate with the CTO on a variety of innovative projects focused on enhancing and developing new revenue-generating digital products.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact, shaping the digital future of a forward-thinking, fast-paced business. Ideally, you will be coming from a web management or digital marketing capacity, with 5 years of experience. You must bring expertise in WordPress, web hosting and Google Marketing Platform. Expertise in conversation-rate optimisation, UX/UI and design principles would also be essential.
You will come into a small but hard-working marketing team but also tasked with collaborating with some external agencies and freelancers. The role is based in Milton Keynes, and this position will allow for a hybrid structure, with 2 days in the office, 3 from home. Due to the location of the Milton Keynes based office, this Digital Marketing Manager role is commutable from Bedford, Towcester, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckingham and Leighton Buzzard.
