An established, one-of-a-kind business based near Duxford is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and evolve its digital function. With solid growth under its belt and underpinned by solid financials, they are looking for someone to help them to take their game to the next level. Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing Manager
- Leadership and strategic direction
- Take ownership of digital activity
- Shape and evolve digital service delivery including AI-enhanced processes and tools
- Contribute to wider business strategy
- Lead, mentor and coordinate cross-functional digital and creative specialists
- Act as senior contact on digital strategy and performance
- Scope initiatives, manage budgets and ensure commercially sound delivery
- Identify opportunities to broaden digital engagement and drive growth
- Support business development through strategic input and digital leadership
- Oversee and contribute hands-on across PPC, SEO, paid and organic social, content and analytics
- Implement clear tracking, reporting and KPI frameworks
- Manage website delivery including briefing, timelines, resourcing and quality assurance
- Evaluate and introduce AI tools to enhance productivity and performance
- Embed AI-assisted content, analytics and campaign optimisation workflows
- Improve operational efficiency through systems, automation and process refinement
- Ensure responsible and commercially sound use of AI technologies
Your Background - Digital Marketing Manager
- At least 10 years' experience across digital marketing within a fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise across web delivery, PPC, SEO and paid social
- Confident using GA4, GTM, Search Console, Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Solid CMS knowledge, ideally WordPress or WooCommerce
- Proven experience managing budgets, digital performance and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Clear understanding of how AI tools can enhance content, analytics, optimisation and workflow automation
You will be commercially minded, confident making decisions and comfortable leading digital strategy at a senior level. This role would suit someone looking for genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape how digital marketing is delivered within a distinctive and forward-thinking business.
