This is a great opportunity to join a growing B2B organisation as a Digital Marketing Lead with ownership of HubSpot and a strong voice across marketing and sales. Sitting at the heart of campaign delivery, this role blends hands-on execution with the ability to influence stakeholders and keep multiple teams aligned around shared goals. You will play a key role in turning strategy into action, using HubSpot as the engine behind inbound activity, lead nurture and performance insight.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of HubSpot as the core CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring data accuracy, workflow optimisation and meaningful reporting.
- Act as the go-to contact for CRM and HubSpot across marketing and sales, influencing best practice and driving adoption.
- Plan, build and optimise inbound campaigns across email, website, paid and organic search and social channels.
- Own email marketing activity end to end, including segmentation, automation, testing and ongoing performance analysis.
- Deliver campaigns and always-on activity that support the wider marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with sales and other internal stakeholders to improve lead quality, nurture journeys and conversion rates.
- Manage and influence multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities and keeping campaigns moving smoothly from brief to delivery.
- Ensure all marketing activity and content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and messaging.
- Use market, audience and competitor insight to inform positioning, campaign planning and content development.
- Support content marketing, PR and thought leadership initiatives as part of an integrated approach.
Your background:
- Proven hands-on experience using HubSpot in a B2B marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals including data management, segmentation and reporting.
- Solid experience delivering inbound campaigns and lead nurture programmes.
- Confident working with data and using insight to shape decisions and improve performance.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Able to communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders at different levels across the business.
The role is based in Newbury, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home.
