An innovative and fast-growing international business within the sports and leisure sector is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join its marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a globally recognised brand communicates with its audience, producing high-quality visual content that inspires, engages and drives commercial growth.
This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and offers the chance to take real ownership of content creation across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for planning, capturing and producing compelling video and photography that supports campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling.
Working closely with marketing and creative colleagues, you will translate ideas and briefs into visually engaging content that resonates with a wide and diverse audience.
From concept through to final delivery, you will manage the entire content production process.
This includes preparing shoot plans, capturing footage and imagery both in studio and on location, and editing content to a high professional standard.
Whether creating short-form social content, longer brand videos or campaign assets, your work will play a vital role in strengthening brand presence and supporting ongoing growth across digital platforms.
The role requires a strong technical understanding of video and photography production.
You will be confident using professional camera equipment, lighting and audio setups, and experienced in editing content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
Your ability to manage colour grading, sound, motion graphics and formatting for different platforms will ensure that all content is delivered to a consistently high standard and optimised for its intended use.
The position offers variety and the opportunity to support live shoots, events and on-location productions, including occasional travel.
You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be confident communicating ideas with a range of stakeholders.
Experience creating engaging content for digital marketing and social media is essential, along with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical capability.
This is a predominantly office-based role, with the option of working remotely once a week after an initial probationary period.
As there is a requirement to visit clients and colleagues in other areas of the business, a UK driver's licence is required.
Due to the location of the Hertfordshire-based office, this role is commutable from Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Great Dunmow, Harlow, Thaxted, Saffron Walden, Braintree and Chelmsford.
