We’re working on a retained basis with a highly successful digital marketing agency in Essex that specialises in ecommerce growth, SEO and performance-led content.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a PPC Lead to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis.

The Role - PPC Lead
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
Working across a varied client portfolio, you’ll analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and continually refine activity to improve results.
Key Responsibilities - PPC Lead
Managing Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing campaigns
Setting up, managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Setting up, managing and optimising Meta advertising campaigns
Managing ecommerce PPC activity
Conducting topic, keyword and negative keyword research
Writing and testing ad copy, landing pages and other campaign assets
Creating briefs for advertising assets and working closely with the in-house designer
Analysing creative assets to identify those delivering the strongest performance
Monitoring campaign performance, identifying issues early and recommending improvements
Reporting on results and providing clear, commercially focused insight to clients
About You - PPC Lead
You’ll have hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads.
Experience with Meta advertising and ecommerce PPC campaigns will also be important.
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work and will thrive in an agency that gives its people the flexibility and trust to manage their responsibilities effectively.
The role offers hybrid working with two days per week from home alongside flexible hours when needed.
