As well as helping shape the brand narrative, you will also be central to hands-on involvement with events, food sampling and so forth. Previous customer-facing events or hospitality experience in a high-end environment is essential.
This is a unique and highly visible role that blends creative content production with the delivery of high-profile events and brand campaigns. You will take ownership of capturing and creating standout visual content across weddings, corporate events and brand activations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium positioning of the business. Alongside this, you will support the planning and execution of events, campaigns and brand initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on-site, in the action, and taking ideas from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture high-quality photography and video content across events, shoots and campaigns
- Create and edit engaging short-form content for social platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and deliver brand campaigns aligned to seasonal activity and business objectives
- Support the delivery of high-profile events, press activity and brand showcases
- Manage content from concept through to final output, including editing and publishing
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor performance and engagement, using insight to improve future content and campaigns
- Provide organisational support on key marketing initiatives, launches and events
- Proven experience in content creation within a brand-led environment, ideally within luxury, events, hospitality or lifestyle sectors
- Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio to demonstrate your work
- Confident creating and editing short-form video content for social media
- Experience supporting or delivering high-profile events or brand activations
- A strong eye for detail with a natural ability for visual storytelling
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reflect brand tone and positioning
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
