We are working exclusively with a hugely successful consumer organisation who are on the hunt for a Campaign & Content Lead to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth, build trust and bring the brand to life across channels. This role sits at the heart of marketing delivery, turning business priorities into clear, compelling campaigns. It combines creative leadership, strong organisation and commercial focus, with end-to-end ownership from planning through to performance review.
Key responsibilities:- Translate business priorities into clear, audience-focused campaign plans and calendars that deliver against acquisition and growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across owned and paid channels, managing briefs, timelines, approvals and performance reporting.
- Bring the brand story to life through consistent tone, messaging, and creative execution across copy, imagery and video.
- Guide and review content to ensure it is emotionally engaging, on-brand and commercially effective.
- Develop and improve lifecycle and nurture journeys that move audiences from interest to action and keep existing customers engaged.
- Partner with CRM and ecommerce teams to test, optimise and refine automated communication flows.
- Build simple, repeatable processes that improve campaign efficiency, consistency and speed.
- Capture insight from each campaign and use learnings to continuously improve future planning and execution.
- Creative judgement with an ability to create appropriate and relatable content to support company campaigns.
- Bring experience delivering digital campaigns and managing the content workflows.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies.
- 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management and digital marketing.
