Job Description
We’re delighted to be hiring for our client once more, as their quest for retail domination continues!
We seek a commercially minded, strategy-driven Ecommerce Manager to assist in the growth and brand visibility of their numerous B2C brands, driving traffic and executing marketing/digital campaigns.
With almost 50 staff in the UK, spread across two sites with a healthy multimillion pound turnover, our client is well established within its market but wishes to continue expansion and presence in order to drive revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance awareness and market positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Analyse and optimise existing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to improve ROAS.
- Oversee website performance, UX/UI, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Implement strategies to increase online sales and improve the customer journey.
- Work closely with developers and designers to enhance digital touchpoints.
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and oversee reporting structures to measure campaign performance.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts.
You will have at least 3 years in a similar e-commerce or growth-related role, have experience managing health marketing budgets and be used to working autonomously.
You will also have experience in brand marketing and digital growth strategies, experience in growing a brand through digital platform and a strong background in B2C PPC, SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising.
As part of this experience, it's expected you have knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools and performance tracking, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
