We’re working with a fast-growing, founder-led e-commerce brand whose iconic products are proving to be outrageously popular – sales have more than doubled in the last year alone!
As they continue this exciting growth journey, they’re looking for a creative and proactive Acquisition Manager to join the team and lead on customer acquisition across digital and brand channels.
The Role – Acquisition Manager
Reporting directly to the founder and working alongside a Retention Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing brand awareness and attracting new customers across digital platforms. From paid media and website optimisation to content creation and influencer partnerships, this is a varied and hands-on role with real scope to make an impact.
Key responsibilities include:
Paid Media – plan, manage and optimise Meta and Google Ad campaigns, using data and insights to drive performance
Content Creation – produce and commission engaging video and visual content; work with photographers, influencers and content creators to build the brand
Website Optimisation – update listings, enhance Shopify product and collection pages and support ongoing testing of landing pages
Brand Growth & Campaigns – research and explore new market sectors; support PR activity and contribute ideas for new product development
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in acquisition marketing, ideally within a D2C or e-commerce environment. You’ll be comfortable using Meta and Google Ads, have a good understanding of Shopify and be confident both creating content and managing external partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative and fast-paced setting.
