We are delighted to be working with a fantastic full-service marketing agency, a creative team based in Essex that excels in marketing and brand strategy. They are currently looking for an Account Manager for their Client Services Department, where you will work closely with the Account Director and be instrumental in maintaining and improving client relationships. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will proactively respond to client inquiries, overcome obstacles and always be there to support client requests.
Working as part of a small team within the wider business, you will proactively look to identify opportunities for additional work from assigned clients, seeking opportunities to grow client accounts through new business opportunities, which will ultimately drive growth. A certain amount of financial acumen will also be required, as there will be times when clients require accurate quoting for projects and invoicing procedures to be followed.
You will have great communication and organisational skills, as you will act as a liaison between clients and your own creative team, so shrewd listening when taking client briefs is essential to the direction of the specified project. You will have a direct report (Account Executive), so having previous line management experience will be needed. Other areas of experience required can be found below.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant agency who have very exciting projects lined up this year. The role does allow for a hybrid working structure after the completion of a 2-month probation period. Once this has passed, the role will allow for 2 days working from home. As you will also be expected to travel to client meetings for this role, a full UK driver\’s licence will be required.
Due to the location of the Essex-based office, this role is commutable from Colchester, Braintree, Chelmsford, Witham, Malden, Feering, Tiptree, Halstead and Sudbury.
