Are you passionate about outdoor cooking, home innovation, and bringing products to life in-store? Blue Square is looking for an energetic, retail-savvy Product Trainer to represent Shark Ninja, with a key focus on Ninja Outdoor, across Currys and John Lewis Partnership (JLP) stores nationwide. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll become the face of Shark Ninja in-store.

You’ll deliver best-in-class product training, coach Sales Coaches and retail teams, and transform product knowledge into confident demonstrations and meaningful customer conversations. With a Thursday-Monday focus, including weekend sales days, you’ll maximise training opportunities, lead engaging in-store events, and ensure our retail partners truly champion the brand. If you love coaching others, demonstrating innovative products, and building strong store relationships this role is for you.

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact product training sessions across Currys and JLP stores.
  • Coach Sales Coaches and retail partners to confidently demonstrate and sell Shark Ninja products, with a focus on Ninja Outdoor.
  • Run local in-store events that build excitement, advocacy, and brand awareness.
  • Become the go-to Shark Ninja product expert in every store you visit.
  • Build trusted relationships with store leadership, Sales Coaches, and product champions.
  • Support the wider field team by maintaining strong communication and consistent brand messaging.
  • Ensure all training aligns with brand guidelines and key messaging.

You’re passionate about outdoor cooking, home innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You have experience in retail training, coaching, or in-store product advocacy. You’re highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage a national store schedule. You’re flexible and comfortable working a Thursday-Monday pattern, including weekend sales days. You’re a natural relationship builder who can influence, motivate, and inspire store teams. You hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel nationally.

Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 Per Annum + 15% Bonus
