Brand Partnership Group is seeking an experienced recruitment partner to build strong relationships with Directors and Hiring Managers.

You will lead briefing meetings, influence workforce planning and create proactive talent pipelines across specialist areas.

In this role you will headhunt high‑quality candidates, craft targeted attraction campaigns and own end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while using data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
