Join our Client Services team as a Senior Client Experience Executive and play a key role in delivering experiential marketing activations for Samsung.

Working across the Samsung Contact Centres, you’ll coordinate nationwide and offshore roadshows and engagement programmes from brief through to delivery and reporting, bringing together clients, internal teams, creative partners and suppliers to create seamless, high-quality experiences.

  • What You’ll Be Up To
  • Plan and deliver experiential campaigns, roadshows and activations on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate timelines, logistics, administration, suppliers and critical production and delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain budget trackers, process purchase orders and keep financial documentation accurate and current.
  • Build trusted client relationships and lead clear communication across stakeholders, partners and suppliers.
  • Partner with creative and production teams to deliver on-brand, practical and impactful campaign concepts.
  • Provide onsite support and contribute to reporting, project reviews and continuous improvement.

  • Experience coordinating experiential marketing campaigns, events or creative projects.
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain close attention to detail.
  • Confident building relationships and communicating recommendations to senior clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and creative development; agency or design-led experience is desirable.
  • Flexibility for frequent UK and international travel, with a full UK driving licence.
