As our Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our operations. We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, and loves problem solving on the fly. You'll work closely with your Account Manager, Account Director, and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in delivering projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, gathering information and providing updates
- Assist with quotes, logistics, and event-day coordination
- Maintain accurate project and client records in the CRM
- Support staffing coordination and ensure deadlines are met
- Help resolve challenges quickly to keep campaigns running seamlessly
