As Head of Field for the SharkNinja account, you will lead the UKs retail field operations, defining strategic direction and delivering outstanding execution across multi-site teams. In this senior role, you will manage Regional Relationship Managers, Brand Expert Managers, and a nationwide network of Brand Experts to ensure outstanding commercial performance, operational excellence, and premium brand experiences. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders and clients, you will identify growth opportunities, leverage data-driven insights, and stay ahead of market trends. By combining strategic leadership with operational expertise, you will deliver ambitious results, elevate customer experiences, and strengthen retail revenue.

What Youll Be Up To:

  • Set and execute the UK field strategy, aligned to client and business goals.
  • Lead strategic planning, identifying market opportunities and developing initiatives to deliver growth.
  • Use data, insights, and market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and inform decision-making.
  • Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring alignment of priorities and successful delivery of projects as well as everyday deliverables.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of major projects, launches, and initiatives across the retail field.
  • Ensure Go-To-Market plans for new products are executed seamlessly in stores.
  • Drive continuous improvement through strong governance, compliance, and reporting.

  • Youll have strong financial and operational management skills, ensuring budgets and ROI are consistently achieved.
  • Full driving licence required.
