As our Retail Programmes Manager, you'll be at the centre of it all, leading the delivery and evolution of a flagship Ambassador programme for Samsung. You'll connect insight, engagement and performance to shape how products are experienced, recommended and sold.
WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
- Own the delivery and ongoing development of the Ambassador tiering programme, driving engagement, progression and performance across retail channels.
- Manage campaigns, events and opportunities that bring the programme to life, from content creation to focus groups and incentives.
- Work closely with the Retail Programmes Executive to deliver seamless logistics, campaign execution and data management.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies to support best-in-class campaign delivery.
- Partner with key channel stakeholders to drive collaboration, innovation and programme success.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external teams, gathering feedback and ensuring strong execution across the board.
- Track engagement and performance, using data and insights to continuously improve results and influence strategy.
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting, turning performance into actionable plans.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience managing retail, field or engagement programmes.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive ROI.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Highly organised with solid project management experience (Asana is a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
