Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team. As our Divisional Manager covering the South of the UK, you’ll lead a team of Regional Managers to deliver Samsung’s commercial objectives across retail and contact centre channels. Reporting to the Retail Field Lead, you’ll drive strategy, build senior relationships, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding brand performance and business growth. Field-based and fast-paced, this is a role for a bold, strategic leader ready to make a real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

  • Lead project workstreams across retail and contact centres, developing plans, managing risk and ensuring teams consistently deliver against KPIs.
  • Develop divisional strategy and quarterly business plans, using data analytics to drive performance and showcase ROI.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with clients, channel retailers, and internal stakeholders to drive brand performance.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire Regional Managers through capability development, succession planning, and talent mapping.
  • Ensure compliance across the field team, providing weekly reporting on commercials and performance to the Retail Field Lead.
  • Champion our ETHIC values, foster diversity and inclusivity, and embed a consistent, high-standard brand experience across all stores.

  • Proven track record in multi-site field-based retail or contact centre leadership, driving targets and performance.
  • Experienced people leader, skilled at inspiring, mentoring and developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
  • Commercially minded with strong data analytics capability and a results-driven, ROI-focused approach.
  • An excellent communicator, confident operating at Board and senior client level, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strategically minded with strong planning and organisational skills, and the ability to influence and implement change.
  • Full UK valid driver’s licence required.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to brand consistency and standards.
