You'll be the expert in all things Samsung Mobile (MX), living and breathing the latest devices, innovations, and competitive landscape. Your product knowledge will position you as a trusted voice in your stores, empowering colleagues and customers alike to make informed choices that elevate the Samsung brand and increase sales.

  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: You'll build long-lasting connections with store teams, management, and key stakeholders, becoming a valued partner who drives performance and brand advocacy.
  • TRAINING EXCELLENCE: You'll manage your schedule with precision, ensuring every visit delivers maximum impact, whether through regular store visits, tactical activations, or high-energy roadshows.
  • DATA AND COMPLIANCE: Through detailed reporting of store visits, customer interactions, and training sessions, you'll provide valuable feedback and demonstrate the real impact of your efforts. By analysing mystery shop scores and performance data, you'll identify trends and opportunities to continuously improve store performance.
