Are you the one? We're looking for a strategic, inspirational leader to head up our UK retail field. In this pivotal role, you'll set the strategic direction and oversee a large multi-site team, including Divisional and Regional Managers, to deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders and clients, using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends. By combining vision with flawless execution, you'll enable the team to achieve ambitious targets and elevate brand presence in every retail touchpoint. This is a field-based role, with a requirement to be in the Samsung HQ (Chertsey) a minimum of 2 days per week.
