Join us and help deliver operational excellence across Samsung’s UK & Ireland retail estate, supporting more than 2,400 retail locations.

  • WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
  • Support the operational delivery of Samsung’s UK & Ireland retail estate, including launches and in-life initiatives.
  • Coordinate retail technology, connectivity, maintenance and operational requests, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.
  • Support the management of retail assets, demo devices, inventory and returns.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, reporting and operational records, monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, field teams, suppliers, agencies and retail partners.
  • Support operational projects, pilots and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify issues, coordinate solutions and help ensure Samsung’s retail standards are consistently delivered.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • Experience in retail operations, customer service or a similar operational environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, systems and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
  • Passionate about technology, retail and customer experience, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willing to embrace and live Samsung’s ETHIC values: Excellence, Together, Heart, Integrity & Curious.
  • Flexible to travel across the UK & Ireland when required.
  • Able to commit to 2–3 office or offsite days per week.
