As our Field Training Manager working on behalf of our client SharkNinja, you will lead the design and delivery of high-impact product training programmes that bring the brand's commercial strategy to life across field teams and in-store Brand Experts. Through engaging face-to-face and virtual learning experiences, you will drive measurable increases in sales performance, strengthen brand advocacy, and deliver clear ROI across retail partnerships and training initiatives. You will use data, insight, and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, influence customer behaviour, and maximise sell-out growth. By creating innovative, best-in-class learning solutions, you will play a key role in increasing revenue, improving conversion, and supporting the continued growth of the brand.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO

  • Create, deliver, and continuously improve market-leading training materials and learning content that drive engagement, product confidence, and increased sales performance.
  • Design and deliver impactful training events, retail conferences, PR activations, and product launches, providing expert product knowledge to retail partners and field teams.
  • Analyse sales performance, customer engagement, and training effectiveness data to demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities to improve conversion and sell-out results.
  • Use KPIs, reporting, and commercial insights to measure the success of training programmes and influence future retail strategy.
  • Innovate training delivery for in-store retail teams, ensuring exceptional customer demonstrations and customer experiences that directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Ensure all training content aligns with SharkNinja brand guidelines, customer journey expectations, and commercial objectives.
  • Build contingency plans and manage projects effectively to exceed client and business targets.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity, retail trends, and emerging technologies, using insights to shape remote learning strategies and improve commercial performance.
