The Opportunity
You will be a key part of Brand Nudge's new business engine, executing outreach with rigour and resilience while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Retail and FMCG. Success comes from consistency, clear communication, and a relentless focus on progressing opportunities through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a structured outbound sales motion to generate leads and book qualified meetings.
- Deliver high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn and cold calling with consistent cadence.
- Research target accounts and identify the right contacts across commercial, ecommerce, pricing, category and insights teams.
- Run discovery calls, qualify needs, and agree clear next steps to progress opportunities.
- Manage follow-up and multi-stakeholder engagement to maintain momentum and shorten sales cycles.
- Support proposal development, handle objections, and contribute to negotiation through to close.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene (notes, next steps, pipeline stages) and accurate forecasting inputs.
- Share market feedback with Product and Customer Success to support continuous improvement and upsell/cross-sell alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B new business, SDR/BDR or business development (SaaS, data or insights preferred).
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections with confidence.
- Strong written communication β able to craft concise, personalised outreach that earns replies.
- Highly organised and process-driven: you follow playbooks, sequences and activity targets with discipline.
- Resilient and persistent: you enjoy the pace and repetition required to drive results.
- Able to qualify opportunities effectively and progress them through pipeline stages.
- Commercial confidence to support negotiation, pricing conversations and closing steps.
- Able to work independently, manage time well, and consistently deliver against targets.

- Knowledge of Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or FMCG industries.
- Exposure to retail data / analytics such as pricing, digital shelf, availability, commodity costs or market share.
