BN Influencer enables brands to transform their employees and fans into influencers to create authentic social content on the brand’s behalf, all while abiding by brand safety standards. BN Ads is our in-house media agency that has worked with Fortune 500 clients for over 10 years. BN Innovate is our tech innovation hub that partners with social platforms and brands including Amex, Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Pinterest to create technologies that sit on top of their ad buying platforms and solve business objectives with our tech expertise.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of Growth Strategy and will be responsible for:
- Managing the full-cycle sales process, from sourcing an opportunity to close, while presenting BN’s value based on the client’s needs.
- Developing a constant pipeline of new business opportunities for BN Influencer and Aimy with Financial, Insurance, Retail, CPG, and other verticals.
- Mentoring and helping with career development of other team members including sales enablement managers.
- Generating revenue from brands and agencies by selling our brand influencer, social advertising, and technology solutions.
- Communicating the value of BN by walkthroughs and detailed demonstrations of the products.
- Listening to the needs of the market and sharing them with the Product team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Help establish prospecting and outreach strategies for BDR and prospecting.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Manage and optimize sales operations, including CRM maintenance, reporting, and data analysis.
- Assist in lead generation efforts, including outreach, qualification, and nurturing of potential clients.
- Support new client acquisition efforts by developing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Work closely with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts.
- Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to enhance performance.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sales enablement tools.
- Attend conferences with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales operations, or business development.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or Adtech.
- Experience selling to major brands in Finance, Retail, CPG, and other verticals.
- Experience in selling services and solutions to mid-sized and global agencies.
- Strong background in driving revenue growth and positioning competitive differentiators.
- Expert communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proven history of achieving quota and accurately forecasting in a high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to source, manage, and close high-level B2B sales.
- Ability to assess customer challenges, align solutions, and position value.
- Ability to build consensus among multiple, cross-functional decision-makers and influencers in a single company.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
