About the Position
We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 2 β 4 hours per week on weekdays!

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Floral Merchandiser to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the aesthetic presentation, maintenance, and care of floral displays across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will visit assigned stores two to three times a week, ensuring the displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and properly priced. Previous plant knowledge is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Visits: Visit assigned store locations 2-3 times per week to maintain and refresh floral displays.
- Floral Display Maintenance: Organize and condense floral displays to maintain a neat, fresh, and attractive presentation.
- Plant Care: Water and care for flowers and plants according to their specific needs, ensuring they remain healthy and vibrant.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the floral display area tidy, dispose of trash, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Pricing: Ensure floral products are correctly priced, with labels clearly visible.
- Call Reports: Submit detailed reports after each store visit, documenting the condition of displays, inventory, and any actions taken.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of plant care is a plus, but not required.
