VACUUBRAND is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialised laboratory vacuum equipment for the chemistry and life science research market. We currently have a vacancy for a Regional Technical Sales Manager to expand an already established area. Knowledge of Chemistry or Biology laboratory processes, process chemistry systems, and a degree in Chemistry or Bio-Sciences would be an advantage but more important is to be self-motivated and enthusiastic. VACUUBRAND is a well-established company and leading brand name and the right candidate will have an enjoyable and fulfilling career.
Your tasks:
- Identification and development of sales opportunities within the territory (Central UK)
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and channel partners
- Demonstrations, presentations and seminars within the territory
- Provision of support to other team members or territories as and when required
- Proactive development of strategy
- Maintaining an up to date customer database using our CRM system
Your Profile:
- Degree level qualification
- Sales experience desirable but not essential
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, with occasional trips to the headquarters in Germany
