About The Role
We’re looking for a Motion Designer & Editor to join our growing creative team.
This role combines motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling across social, digital, brand, and campaign content.
You’ll work closely with the creative studio, accounts, events and production teams to create high-quality, performance-driven content that is visually refined, engaging, and platform‑optimised.
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role suited to someone who combines strong design fundamentals with excellent motion and editing craft.
The role also includes opportunities to travel for client projects every few months.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Motion Design, Editing & Animation
- Create motion graphics, animations and edit a wide range of video content for social, digital, and broadcast platforms – including event promos, highlight videos and branded content – across multiple formats and aspect ratios.
- Develop storyboards, transitions, typography systems, and motion treatments.
- Collaborate with Designers, Editors, Creative Directors, Producers, Accounts and Events teams from concept through delivery.
- Enhance films with titles, compositing, graphic systems, and visual polish.
- Help evolve and maintain brand consistency across motion content.
- Workflow & Team Support
- Organise and maintain motion assets, templates, shared files, and project organisation systems.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed, quality and production constraints while maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Support junior editors/designers and collaborate across a growing creative team.

- What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in motion design and video editing within an agency, brand, or production environment.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and strong Premiere Pro knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with motion integration.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, pacing, typography, and storytelling.
- Strong graphic design foundation and visual instincts.
- Understanding of lighting setups and green‑screen keying.
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, aspect ratios and export settings.
- Knowledge of post‑production workflows, including colour correction, sound mixing and file delivery.
- Good organisational habits and an understanding of project folder structures and media workflows.
- Manage your own workload, coordinating timelines and tracking progress with guidance from senior staff members.
- Understanding of backup, archival, and storage best practices.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines, while collaborating effectively with creative, production, and accounts teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to craft.

- Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Luma, Kling, or similar.
- Experience contributing to brand systems or brand guideline development.
- Experience creating social‑first content for platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube.
- Previous agency or production experience is advantageous.
- Illustration or broader design background.
- Camera operation or production experience.
- Experience using Monday. com or similar.
