We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and flexible individual with experience of working in a busy office and remote environments.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, able to work well within a team, but also manage their own workload with good time management.

The successful candidate will have a desire to go above and beyond, be flexible with out of hours working when needed and be able to travel occasionally to both our UK and non-UK offices.
The Role
- Developing and maintaining business intelligence reports based on business requirements.
Designing, creating and deploying data visualization solutions.
Gathering and interpreting data to develop business reports.
Testing and troubleshooting created reports to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Work alongside the Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Architect.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and SSRS.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Assist in the creation of data models and queries using SQL or other data tools.
- Monitor report performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document report logic, data sources, and processes for future reference.
- Stay updated on BI tools and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BI Report Builder, BI Developer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data warehousing solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with programming languages.
