As part of a dynamic and driven technology consulting team, you\'ll work alongside airline digital and e-commerce experts in our \'Transform\' practice and will be able to leverage and further build your domain knowledge and consultancy skills as an expert in your field, working on some of the most visionary and cutting-edge projects in the industry.
- Working as part of a team delivering technology consulting projects to clients throughout Europe
- Undertaking in-depth technical and functional analysis to deliver insightful findings
- Support client workshops, facilitate solution discovery & definition and prepare client presentations
- Engaging in project lifecycle activities such as project coordination, requirements gathering, solutions architecture and definition, quality assurance, acceptance testing and supporting technology change management
- Definition and documentation of strategies, plans, analyses, requirements, solution concepts, architecture and project status
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables is always consistent with our high standards
- Strong capacity to advise high-level stakeholders and translate business requirements into designs for secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Experiences in designing, building and testing complex target architectures and their integration in legacy environments (ideally airline commercial technology ecosystems).
- Exposure to transactional applications involving complex back-end service integrations and service-oriented architectures.
- Must have: Experience(s) with at least one of the following solutions/concepts is mandatory (existing solutions/concepts and futures ones):
- PSS
- Merchandising solutions
- Fare shopping engines
- Revenue Management systems
- Payment orchestration platform
- Digital commerce / e Commerce engines
- NDC platforms
- Examples of solutions providers: Amadeus, DXC, Hitit, Navitaire, Radixx, Sabre, SITA, Accelya, Datalex, Google ITA, PROS, Travelport, FLYR, Adyen, Amadeus, Sabre, Open Jaw.
- Nice to have: Experience(s) with the at leastone of the following solutions/concepts will be a significant advantage:
- Industry standards activities (IATA)
- New generation Offer & Order Management Systems
- Dynamic /continuous pricing solutions
β’ Travel retail & distribution software (ideally Airline), such as
- NDC and ONE Order standards, including partnerships with Offers& Orders
- Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms (Booking, Expedia, Agoda...)
- Dynamic packaging / tour operator platforms
- Travel reservations platforms for rail, hotels, or car rental

- Significant experiences working on projects involving business users, UX and development teams.
- Significant experiences leading client workshops, facilitating solution discovery and building impactful client presentations.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with top and middle management.
- Structured thinking and strong analytical skills with a constant attention to detail.
- Capacity to undertake in-depth technical and functional analysis to deliver insightful findings.
- Good Project Management basis (capacity to report on a progress, raise risks, build an action plan...).
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, JIRA/Confluence and technical diagramming tools.
Additional requirements
Ability and eagerness to manage Junior resources on projects.
- Eagerness to share knowledge and experiences through internal trainings/awareness sessions.
