A Security Operations Team Lead is required to oversee and coordinate day-to-day security operations within a complex enterprise environment. The role combines hands-on operational leadership with oversight, escalation management, and continuous improvement across detection, response, and security monitoring capabilities. This position plays a central role in shaping how security operations function, acting as the primary escalation point for operational security matters and ensuring risks are identified, communicated, and addressed in a timely and controlled manner.

- Integrate relevant cyber threat intelligence into operational practices and share insights where appropriate.

- Contribute to the ongoing design and evolution of the security operations function.
