Team Leader wanted to work days or nights at Linford Grange, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. Cinnabar Support and Living Ltd values their employees and has a Wellness programme in place to help support staff.
Hours
- 12 hours per shift, with 1 hour unpaid break, working 2 shifts a week (includes weekends on a rota basis).
- 22 hours per week, weekdays and weekends, 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am.

Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Supervision of care staff
- Care plans
- Monitoring the health needs of the residents
- Ensure staff are adhering to policies and procedures
- Liaising with professionals in the interest of the residents
- Be able to deputise for the Home Manager and undertake on call on a rota basis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have care experience, but support and training would be given to the right candidate
- Friendly caring nature required, and the ability to work as part of a team is essential
- You will need to demonstrate commitment to providing good quality care that is person centred to meet the needs of the residents
- Role suitable for a candidate wishing to further their management experience and someone committed to delivering high quality, person centred care
- Residents include individuals with disabilities including learning disabilities, autism, mild mental health issues and physical disabilities
- Age range includes residents over the age of 18 years up to 65 years
