We pay above ‘average’ pay rates and we currently have vacancies. Reporting to the Registered Manager successful candidates will have the following attributes:

Responsibilities:
- To create a stimulating and developing activity programme to enhance the quality of life for each resident within the care home.
- To plan, organise and co-ordinate activities for active daily living for each resident individually and in groups.
- To plan and organise an activities programme that will maintain interest and progression over a period of time.
- To identify the needs of the collective group and individuals and tailor the activities to suit them.
- To assist and support carers in developing activity.
- To encourage involvement in the local community.
- To plan and organise external outings with appropriate transport.

Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential as all training will be given.
Details: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, will include working odd evenings and some weekends. 30 hours per week.
