We're looking for a warm, creative and energetic Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator to design and lead a vibrant programme that genuinely enhances quality of life for every resident and not just fills time.

Responsibilities/What you'll Do:

  • Create and deliver a varied, personalised activities programme from one-to-one sessions to group events tailored to each resident's individual interests, abilities and life history.
  • Plan and organise community outings and trips, arranging appropriate transport.
  • Build relationships with local community groups, schools, volunteers and performers to bring fresh experiences into the home.
  • Keep meaningful records of resident engagement to help the wider care team understand each person better.
  • Support and inspire carers to weave activity into everyday care moments.
  • Champion residents' voices, making sure their preferences always shape the programme.
  • Plan and maintain an activities programme that sustains interest and progression over time.

Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential as all training will be given. Week days, some evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Rate: Starting from £13.50 per hour
