A growing procurement and commercial services organisation is looking to appoint a senior procurement leader to take ownership of a broad Professional and Corporate Services portfolio across a complex, multi-client environment. This role sits within an evolving procurement function with a strong growth agenda and increasing strategic influence. You will play a key role in shaping category direction, building capability and delivering commercial value across a diverse services portfolio.

Operating in a centre led environment, you will lead a team and drive best practice across a range of indirect service categories, supporting a wide stakeholder base across regulated and structured environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of category strategies across a broad Professional and Corporate Services portfolio
  • Manage and develop a team of Category Managers, driving performance and consistency of delivery
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercially robust and value focused procurement outcomes
  • Oversee sourcing activity and contract management across complex, service based categories
  • Drive supplier performance, innovation and relationship management across key strategic suppliers
  • Contribute to wider procurement transformation, operating model development and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong procurement leadership experience within indirect or services based categories
  • Experience across areas such as consultancy, professional services, business services or similar
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high performing teams
  • Comfortable operating in complex, stakeholder driven environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value delivery and supplier performance
