Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with global business goals.
Lead supplier relationship management to drive performance, compliance, and value creation.
Specialise in HR, Marketing, and Travel categories, with opportunities to take ownership of additional areas such as Facilities Management.
Conduct market research and identify innovative, costâeffective sourcing options.
Champion the adoption of digital procurement tools, including AIâpowered platforms to enable dataâdriven decisionâmaking.
Embed ESG, Carbon Reduction, and DE&I initiatives into sourcing strategies to ensure ethical and sustainable supply chains.
Build longâterm strategic partnerships with suppliers to unlock innovation and competitive advantage.
Report directly to the Procurement & Supplier Management Director and gain exposure to a team of procurement experts committed to your growth.
Required Skills & Experience
Around 3â5 years\â experience in Indirect Procurement (e.g. HR, Marketing, FM), with the ability to work flexibly across multiple subâcategories.
Demonstrable experience in a strategic, commercially focused procurement environment.
Proven track record managing endâtoâend procurement processes across multiple projects.
Experience in a professional services or financial services environment is highly desirable.
Degree from a respected academic institution.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier contracts, and procurement frameworks, including contract drafting and skilled negotiation.
Confident, credible communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and legal specialists.
