Working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and the US, you\’ll play a key role in shaping the sourcing strategy for critical technology categories. You\’ll support group-wide initiatives, drive innovation, and influence procurement direction within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process for technology and digital product categories, including RFPs, commercial negotiations, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Own and lead data gathering and analytics for spend, contracts, market analysis, and reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives across content protection, IoT, and network technologies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the UK, EMEA, and the US to align procurement with technology roadmaps.
- Lead negotiations and commercial terms, while proactively managing supplier risks and performance.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and deal summaries to Director-level stakeholders.
- Contribute to company-wide cost-saving programmes and strategic transformation initiatives.
What You\’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of strong procurement experience across technology, digital, or indirect categories.
- Experience in sourcing and negotiating contracts for tech products or services (e.g., IT hardware, telco, IoT, platforms, digital, networks etc…).
- Strong commercial awareness and proven contract negotiation skills, including understanding of key terms like liabilities and termination clauses.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence and integrity across global teams.
- Experience in SRM and tracking supplier performance and governance.
- Confident working with data & IT systems (e.g., Ariba) to manage supplier information and performance.
- Familiarity with the tech, telecoms, or digital sector would be advantageous.
