As a Strategic Procurement Manager – Food Ingredients, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring the procurement of the highest quality raw materials and ingredients ranging from dairy, sugar, oils & fats, wheat, and flour to nuts, fruit, and other bakery ingredients. You’ll deliver cost-effective and sustainable sourcing solutions, shape category strategies, and ensure the business stays ahead of market trends while continuing to delight an extensive customer base across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of ingredient procurement across multiple raw material categories, ensuring quality, value, and resilience.
- Build and execute robust strategic sourcing and category management strategies across ingredients and commodities.
- Partner closely with New Product Development (NPD) teams to bring innovative food and beverage products to market.
- Develop and manage strong supplier relationships to unlock value, improve collaboration, and drive sustainability.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain and market risks, safeguarding business continuity.
- Collaborate with the wider Group to deliver sourcing synergies across FMCG and food manufacturing operations.
About You:
- Proven procurement expertise within food ingredients, commodities, or FMCG manufacturing environments.
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, able to influence senior leaders and suppliers.
- Commercially astute, proactive, and passionate about innovation, ethical sourcing, and sustainability.
